This location is the worst. I almost caught a flat because their parking lot is very dirty from everyone vacuuming their cars. All of the vacuums do not work. People drive up to these. You should give us notice and put out of order at least be considerate. It doesn’t wash your car very well or the tires. But they wanna charge us 39.99 a month or 24.99. Instead of all of these workers hanging around on their cell phone at the entrance they need to be keeping up with this place keeping it clean. The parking lot is dirty and nasty. Will not be back to this location. Everyone reading this go to the Dyer location. It’s the best.

I've been a member for years and I'm constantly disappointed with the vacuums not working or being on. At this point it's clear that, they don't care. I don't usually make comments, but I'm so fed up, so many times I came up here and it was a waste of time. Sometimes they literally turn half the vacuums off well before 7:30pm and then the vacuums that are on, the majority of those don't even work. It sucks when you're trying to get a car wash in before work the next day and then you have to battle with that. I'm very respectful and I never come at the last minute, but I still can't win. I look back at the comments and I see people have been complaining about this for years and I've been experiencing this for years. I literally only come here for convenience not because I'm pleased with the service. I'm a Uber driver, so it's better than nothing.

Rainstorm Car Wash... Hobart, Indiana... Honestly... They " ARE THE GREATEST CREW!!! I really appreciate the ENTIRE TEAM...Their professionalism, great care of not only taking care of your vehicles... But... Also going the extra mile for their customers. Thank-You, Kindly... This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The employee (who resembles the wrestler Sami Zayn) refused to give me the car wash sticker for my vehicle, even though I clearly had the receipt showing I purchased a membership. When I requested a refund, he called his manager. The manager then informed me that they have the right to deny a refund and that they would cancel my membership without returning my money. How can you cancel a service I never used and still keep my payment? To make matters worse, there is no customer support phone number or email available for assistance at Rainstorm. I am now disputing the charge with my bank in order to get my money refunded. I strongly urge anyone considering a membership at this location to be aware of this lack of accountability and customer support.

Some of the vacuums worked, but the carwash part is closed and has been closed for over 30 minutes, so I don't know what is going on? Plus there's not enough garbage cans available. I drive for Uber and I need a clean car.
